The Management and Staff of Breezewood Party Center and A Personal Touch Catering would like to thank you for your interest in our facility for your upcoming special event. We will be happy to assist you in any way we can to make your special day a memorable one. We take pride in the quality, quantity, and presentation of our catering service and the options we offer.

Capacity

Breezewood Party Center’s minimum booking is 150 guests on Saturdays with a maximum of 400 guests. Weekday minimum is 100 people.

Set-up and Clean-up

Our staff provides this service. Prearrangements may be made for your decorating the day before your event. You may decorate and have deliveries the day of your event between 1:00 and 4:00 PM.

Decorating

We use a decorated votive lamp or glass vase as a centerpiece on our tables at no additional charge. We have a staff member available to work with you in planning decorations for your event.

You are welcome to supply additional items to highlight your party's color or theme. All candles must be covered with a glass globe. Any damage caused by uncovered candles will be deducted from your security deposit. No confetti or glitter may be used anywhere in the facility. Decorations must be removed the day of your event unless other arrangements have been made with management. When doing your own decorating, please discuss your plans with us so there is no misunderstanding about what you may or may not do.

You may decorate on Friday if it is prearranged. You may decorate on Saturday from 1 PM to 4 PM only. No one will be allowed in from 4 PM until the doors open so our staff can do their final setting up.

Linens

White linen table cloths are included in our pricing. The color of linen napkins may be chosen from our color chart. We can provide rectangular or round tables, each will comfortably seat eight guests. We also provide linen skirting for your Guest Registry, Cake Table, Buffet Table, and Head Tables. Your DJ must provide own skirting for their table.

Outside Foods

We do not allow any outside foods to be brought into the facility with the exception of wedding cakes and pastries due to insurance liabilities.

Facility Hours

Breezewood is available to rent for a six hour period. Hours available are Noon to Midnight.  All entertainment or music must be ended by 11:30 PM.
