Please submit your menu at least 14 days prior to the event. A confirmation of attendance is required at least 10 days before the event. (We provide free meals to guests of ages 6 and under).This will be considered your minimum guarantee for which you will be charged. If you need to add to your guest list, you may do so no later than 5 days before the event. We will be prepared to serve 5% above the guarantee. If your guests exceed that 5%, you will be expected to pay the difference.
